Our Team

We possess a highly experienced management team led by our Chairman, Mr. Mahesh Khemka, who has over 35 years of experience in the rubber industry. Mr. Khemka started out his career in Saudi Arabia in 1976 by setting up a rubber products unit in Dammam. He returned to India in 1982 and set up APPL with a vision to be a product leader in industrial rubber products. Our Directors, Mr. Kamal Pachisia and Mr. Pawan Khemani, have also been in the rubber products field for over 30 years and currently manage various facets of our business.

We have built a strong team around our core management team to provide support in a plethora of areas including human resources, sales & marketing, procurement, R&D, finance and quality control. Our senior staff boasts an average experience of more than 15 years and are equipped to provide customized solutions to our clients covering several applications. The support teams are uniquely designed by expertise and specific training is provided to each member to build a strong foundation that can serve as a launch pad for his / her professional growth.
