APPL manufactures a wide variety of sealing gaskets for concrete pipes (applications including jacking pipes and micro tunneling), box culverts and concrete inspection chambers. We possess a plethora of profiles and cross sections and can produce moulded and extruded seals upto a diameter of 3500mm.
Ring Gaskets - manufactured in 3mm thickness from diameters 50mm to 600mm with bolt holes.
Sheet Gaskets - cut to size either with bolt holes or without holes for standard sizes with various thickness and material suitable to media and temperature pressure of pipeline.
Spiral Wound Gaskets - used in high pressure pipelines and are made with stainless steel outer and inner rings and a center filled with spirally wound stainless steel tape wound together with graphite and PTFE, formed in V shape.
